Fund Objective
The Janus Henderson Credit Alpha Fund is a long short credit fund primarily taking positions in credit default swaps and corporate bonds. The fund has a global opportunity set spanning high grade and high yield. Currency risk and interest rate risk are hedged using forwards, government bond futures and interest rate swaps.The Fund aims to generate positive returns by taking directional, relative value, structural and tactical positions in corporate bonds, asset backed securities, preference shares, equities, secured loans credit default swaps, as well as other permitted derivative instruments. The fund has a target return of 3 month LIBOR +5% pa.
